Coupl, India’s first digital joint account for dating, unmarried, and LGBTQ+ partners, needed a brand world from scratch, beyond the logo and app. Entering a crowded fintech space, the challenge was to create a warm, modern, and playful identity that felt trustworthy and human, while also building a scalable content system that marketing could use daily without reinventing the wheel.
